While On Plane, Why Do We Feel The Ear And Head Pain?

When we're traveling by planes, are we actually feel discomfort because our ears and head hurt?.

When the moment was being in the plane and in a certain height we experience pain in the ear and head, then this is called Eusthacian tube or a blockage in the fallopian tubes which are ears. Eusthacian tube is a channel that starts from the middle ear and ends in the area behind the nose or larynx. The channel itself serves to balance the middle ear air pressure and outside air pressure. When the pressure difference then this sauran will open and let air in. ketelinga middle so that the pressure becomes balanced.

When the ship was taking off or landing there is a difference in air pressure, so that our ears feel full and unable to hear clearly. If this happens we often respond by trying to swallow this will cause the tube will be open again.

Furthermore, how is the solution so that we can reduce Eusthacian tube, the following tips that hopefully can help if we are traveling by plane:

For people who are experiencing problems with the fallopian tubes are being exposed to diseases such as flu, so if you want to get on a plane should use nose drops that serves to open the fallopian tubes before leaving or it could be with an oral decongestant medicine.

In order to open the tube, perbanyaklah swallowed as a simple alternative. Usually also by our flight attendants are given candy, with the aim that we can suck the candy and sucked it.

Especially in children or babies do not need ears covered with tools such as cotton, but enough with drinks or milk given during the trip so that they can swallow and Fallopian ears will open.
